Mummi is a mobile app designed to support maternal well-being — particularly in pregnancy, postpartum, and emotional recovery.

a) Account Information

• Email address (used for authentication)
• Login method (Apple ID, Google account, or email/password)

b) Health & Emotional Data

You may choose to track personal health and emotional data in the Mummi App. This may include:

• Emotional states and moods (e.g. anxiety, joy, irritability)
• Sleep patterns (e.g. sleeping hours, quality, vivid dreams)
• Menstrual and reproductive health (e.g. period flow, spotting, PMS)
• Pregnancy experiences (e.g. fetal movements, cravings, discharge)

• Digestion, stool, and urinary patterns
• Breast and chest changes

• Skin, hair, and energy levels

This information is manually tracked, completely optional, and never shared externally. Mummi App is not a medical device and does not provide health diagnoses or treatment.

c) Media Access (Optional)

If you choose to upload photos in the Community section, the app may request permission to access your device’s photo/media library.

d) Usage & Analytics

We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the app to improve performance and user experience. This includes screen visits, session duration, and in-app behaviors, via Firebase and analytics tools.

e) Payment Data

All in-app purchases are handled by Apple. We do not store or process any payment or billing information directly.

We retain your information only as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Mummi App is intended for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly.

8. User Rights & Account Deletion

You can:

• Delete your account anytime via app settings
• Cancel your subscription through Apple
• Request access or deletion of your data by emailing info@mummi.app

9. Third-Party Services

We currently use:

• Firebase – for secure database storage, error tracking, and analytics
• OpenAI – to personalize user experience through content generation (e.g., Daily Tasks, helpful recommendations, wellness tips)
• Internal analytics tools – to monitor app usage trends and performance

OpenAI is used only to enhance your experience inside the app. We never sell or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to features, services, or legal requirements. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or email.
